• Jr. High students report at 6:25 PM to the Band Room / Warm Ups at 6:30 PM in the Band Room – do not be late

 

• Sr. High students report between 6:00 PM – 6:20 PM to change in to tuxes and dresses / Warm Up in uniform at 6:30 PM – do not be late.

Wednesday, March 13th, Spring concert

 

• Jr. High students report at 6:25 PM to the Band Room / Warm Ups at 6:30 PM in the Band Room – do not be late

Wednesday May 8th, 2024 Arts Festival Concert

Dress Code

 

Dress Code – Required to attend and perform.  Items should be purchased now so students are ready to perform.  Email Mr. Barckley at bbarckley@elsd.org if you need assistance / donations. 

  

Jr. High Chorus -- Black and White (Dress Clothes Only)

 

Black dress clothes from the waist down = Black dress pant’s, black skirt’s, black dress shoes (or all black sneakers) and black socks only.  If skirts are worn, they must be at knee length or longer.  Gentlemen must wear a tie (ties of any color) and a white dress shirt with a collar.  T-shirts and shirts with any words / graphics on them will not be permitted.  

 

Sr. High Choir Formal / Formal Dresses and Tuxedo’s

 

Ladies and Gentlemen will wear their assigned Choir Dress / Choir Tuxedo.  Students will need to provide black dress shoes.  Gentlemen will need to wear black dress socks. Gentlemen must also wear a white T-shirt underneath the tux shirt.  Choir Dresses and Tuxedo’s are to remain stored in the Choir room.  No High heel shoes are permitted on risers – black formal wear shoes, no athletic shoes, no exceptions.
